Provide multiple options for reporting concerns
Give you control over anonymity and follow‑up
Help STHS respond to safety issues, improve services, and support accountability
Confidentiality
All submissions are reviewed only by STHS leadership.
If you choose to remain anonymous, we will not know who you are and will only be able to act on the information shared.
