At Sooke Transition House Society, we have teams of staff to help support women and children fleeing intimate partner violence and domestic abuse, to support education and advocacy programs and to help run our organization.
These include counsellors, victim service workers, prevention educators, finance and administrative support.
Our Senior Leadership Team consists of our Executive Director and our Managing Director.

STHS is governed by a Board of Directors who serve to guide, support, resource, and oversee organizational staff, volunteers, and programming.
Board members are the fiduciaries who steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure the nonprofit has adequate resources to advance its mission.
